You cannot watch your own walk while you are walking. That single fact is why walk training exists, and it is the problem an AI coach is built to solve: it watches the footage for you and tells you, in plain words, what to fix next. It does not replace a trainer who can move your shoulder mid-stride. It fills the days between sessions, when most people practise without any feedback at all.

Siriverse runs two AI coaches. Here is what each one measures, how long it takes, and where its limits are.

AI Coach Siriana: your walk

AI Coach Siriana scores a pageant walk from video you film on your phone.

  • What you record: a side view, a front view and a five-second pose hold. The Free Scan needs only the side clip.

  • What it scores: five things: cadence, posture, movement, presence and pose power.

  • How long: the Free Scan returns in under 60 seconds. A full analysis takes about three minutes, and you are emailed when it is ready.

  • What you get back: an overall score out of 100, a Kanga tier, and a written critique of what to fix.

The Kanga tiers are five Swahili bands: Mwanzo (0–40, foundations), Soko (41–60, finding rhythm), Sherehe (61–75, competition-ready), Harusi (76–88, stage presence) and Malkia (89–100, queen-level). The point is not the label. It is having a baseline, so you can check whether last week’s drill actually moved anything.

CrownTalk: your interview

In pageantry the interview very often decides the result, and it is the hardest part to rehearse alone, because it needs someone to ask you something you have not seen. CrownTalk is that someone.

  • An AI judge reads a real pageant question out loud.

  • You answer by voice, for up to 60 seconds, no script.

  • Seconds later you get a score out of 100 across content, structure, delivery and confidence, plus the one thing to fix before your next try.

  • Questions come from four categories: Personal, Values, Current Affairs and Why You Should Win. CrownTalk gives you more of whichever needs the most work.

What AI coaching cannot do

  • It cannot correct you physically. Someone adjusting your frame while you walk is still the fastest correction there is. That is what in-person training is for.

  • It cannot get you booked. A score is feedback, not a casting. Nobody can sell you an outcome.

  • It is only as good as the footage. Film in good light, with the whole body in frame, on a straight line of 25 to 30 feet.

  • The scoring is still improving. The AI Coach Siriana leaderboard is marked as provisional while more precise measurement rolls out, and ranks may shift.

How to use it well

  1. Get a baseline score before you change anything.

  2. Fix one thing per session. Two corrections at once fixes neither.

  3. Re-film weekly and compare against your own previous week, not against an ideal.

  4. Take the specific faults into your next in-person session, so you arrive with “my tempo drifts after the turn” rather than “teach me to walk”.

Both coaches work from anywhere with a smartphone, whether you are in Nairobi, Kisumu or a village in Siaya County. That is the reason they exist: Nichole Israel started Siriverse so that talent from anywhere in Kenya can train without paying for a private coach in the capital.

Score your walk free, or face the judge free.

Most people hold off on their first scan because they want to practise a little more before being scored. Do the opposite. A low first score in your living room costs you nothing, and it saves you from drilling the wrong habits for another month. Put the phone against a water bottle, walk the line, or answer one question cold. See where the number lands today, pick the one fault it flags, and get to work.
