3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

By submitting content to Siriverse, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on our platform
• Use your content for promotional purposes
• Share your content with contest judges and sponsors
• Create derivative works for contest-related activities

3.2 Platform Content

All Siriverse branding, design, and platform features are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

4. Prizes and Awards

• Prize amounts are subject to applicable taxes
• Winners are responsible for tax obligations
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged
• Prize distribution requires identity verification
• Unclaimed prizes after 90 days are forfeited

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Violate any third-party rights

6. Privacy and Data

7. Third-Party Integrations

7.1 TikTok Account Linking

Siriverse offers optional integration with TikTok to enhance your profile. By connecting your TikTok account, you:

• Authorize Siriverse to access your TikTok profile information through TikTok's API
• Consent to Siriverse displaying your TikTok data on your contestant profile
• Agree to comply with both these Terms and TikTok's Terms of Service
• Acknowledge that you maintain a valid, active TikTok account

7.2 TikTok Terms Compliance

Your use of TikTok integration is subject to:

• TikTok's API Terms of Service
• All applicable TikTok policies and community guidelines

7.3 Your Responsibilities

When using TikTok integration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate TikTok account information
• Maintain the security of your TikTok account credentials
• Not violate TikTok's terms while using Siriverse
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your linked account

7.4 Disconnection Rights

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your profile settings. Disconnecting will remove your TikTok information from your Siriverse profile and revoke our access to your TikTok data.

Siriverse is not liable for any issues arising from TikTok's services, including but not limited to service outages, data loss, policy changes, or account suspensions. Your relationship with TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies.
