Book this package

Payment is made in full at the time of booking via M-Pesa STK push. There are no deposits and nothing to pay on shoot day. Your slot is held for 30 minutes once you pick it — the booking is only confirmed once your M-Pesa payment arrives.

No-shows are not refunded. Reschedule free up to 48 hours before your shoot. One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice — use the self-serve link in your confirmation SMS to pick any open slot in the next 6 weeks. Less than 48 hours before your shoot, rescheduling is not available online; contact us and we will do our best for genuine emergencies.

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to photographer illness, weather on an outdoor shoot, or equipment failure, you choose: a full refund to your M-Pesa, or a reschedule to any open slot at no additional charge. We will reach you by SMS and email immediately.

Bring the outfits for each look you have planned, any accessories or props that are part of your brief, and your shot ideas if you have a mood board. Arrive camera-ready — hair and makeup done unless you have booked the makeup artist add-on. If you are doing outdoor or rooftop shots, wear comfortable shoes for travel between locations.

Delivery windows by package: First Frame — 5 working days · Rising Model — 7 working days · Signature — 10 working days · Crown — 14 working days · Moments — 3 working days. If you add 48-hour rush delivery, your window is halved (rounded up). You will receive a private gallery link via email and SMS once your photos and video are ready.

All sessions begin at the Siriverse Studio in Nairobi. Depending on your package, shoots may extend to a rooftop or exterior location (Rising Model), a location of your choice (Signature), or two additional locations (Crown). Any location access fees or permits are passed through at cost and confirmed with you before booking. Moments shoots come to your event on location, or run as a studio portrait session.
